The family of Compaq Server Console Switches allows multiple servers in a rack to be accessed and managed by one keyboard, mouse, and monitor. The Compaq Server Console Switch family consists of five models, a 2-Port, 4-Port, and three 8-Port models. The two 8-Port models provide dual user functionality, allowing system control by more then one user.
This single-user Compaq Server Console Switches has one input/user port for one console (one keyboard, monitor, and mouse) and multiple output/system ports for multi system connecting.
